How it works

1. Send the details. Photographs (front, back, scroll, f-holes, label, bow) and any documents you hold.
2. Preliminary review. We reply with an initial view and a quotation for a full report.
3. Physical examination. The instrument is examined in hand: measurements, interior inspection and material identification.
4. Written opinion. You receive a signed report with photographs, findings and a valuation range.

Our reports are professional opinions given in good faith. They are not a guarantee of authorship, and they do not replace a certificate from a recognised authority where one is required. Valuations are estimates for the stated purpose and date.
